The setting was quite good and excellent within easy reach of a twenty-four-hour shopping mall. The hotel was in a central area, just off which connects to Farrer Park MRT Station and shops and malls. We had a very nice stay and recommend this property to anyone.

Safe hotel in a handy position near to metro. Perfectly clean and soundproof room, nice bathroom with a bidet.

The breakfast was fantastic and scrumptious, such variety, with healthy options available, sausages, porridge. The location was strategic and quiet, just a short walk away from Little India Neighbourhood. Overall the service was excellent!

Reasonably clean, great budget hotel with well-trained and very professional staff. Functional, decent size room with a private bathroom and a hair dryer, a shower cap and bath sheets.

The unit we got was beautifully designed and soundproof with shower, a nice view, for instance. The breakfast at the place was free for Vegeterians.

The location is great and perfectly comfortable - in front of a bus stop. It is a couple of blocks away from alittle tashi, where you can eat something.

The internet which was complimentary, was down for the most of the duration of my stay. There were no alternate arrangements by the hotel for the same.

We had a memorable overall experience at Holiday Inn Express Singapore Serangoon. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back in the future. The hotel is conveniently located and offers a great breakfast. The private parking was also a bonus. The services provided were excellent. We even had a nice evening at Scissor Cut Curry Rice, which is just a short walk from the hotel.

The Holiday Inn Express Serangoon is a fantastic value for money proposition. Not only are the prices significantly lower than other hotels in the same category, but the attention to detail is outstanding. The staff go above and beyond to make sure your stay is perfect, whether it's arranging a pre-dawn taxi ride or offering an early morning latte due to jet lag. The rooms are comfortable and well-maintained, with good beds and excellent housekeeping. Plus, the breakfast included in the price is a great perk, especially for vegetarians like myself.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was spot-on.
